Vacuum Excavation Sales Manager -South Central

The Environmental Solutions Group (ESG) is a leading manufacturer and supplier of a full range of street sweepers, vacuum trucks, high performance waterblasting equipment and related parts and accessories for municipal and industrial customers. We also manufacture products for utility and industrial customers, including hydro-excavation, glycol recovery and surface cleaning. We manufacture vehicles and equipment in the United States under the Elgin, Vactor, Guzzler, Jetstream, FS Depot and FS Solutions brand.
We are currently seeking a Vacuum Excavation Sales Manager for the South Central US Territory. This South Central Sales Manager will travel frequently throughout his/her region and must be based within the sales territory, which includes the following states: AR, MS, AL, KY, TN. This person will support Vactor, Guzzler and Jetstream products. This position is immediately available.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Reporting directly to the Director of Vacuum Excavation Sales, the South Central Vac Ex Sales Manager is responsible for the direct sales of the company's products to utility segments. This individual is assigned an area of primary responsibility and is the primary contact between the company and its customers. He or she is self-sufficient, needs minimal supervision/direction, makes sound decisions, resolves issues, and thinks outside the box while leveraging new technologies. Possessing a can-do attitude, the South Central Vac Ex Sales Manager has an innovative spirit and uses his/her knowledge/experience to uncover new, enhanced and more cost effective ideas.
KEY
Responsibilities:
Champion both the direct sales efforts in assigned territories to specific market segments and work directly with dealer personnel on dealer sales market segments.
Generate direct sales and develop customers within a specified territory.
Train customers, other personnel, and dealer personnel in the company's product lines, operation, and features/benefits.
Attend regional sales meetings as needed.
Attend and coordinate regional and national trade shows.
Recommend new product changes as well as other new product ideas.
Meet sales objectives and supply forecasting information on a monthly basis.
Submit monthly and quarterly accomplishment reports.
Submit expense reports on a timely basis.
Develop and maintain competitive manufacturer's profiles and report on their activity each month.
Ensure that all business conducted in the region is consistent with the company's mission statement and standard of ethics practices.
Extensive travel is required.
Position Requirements:- Must have High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
Must have at least (3) years of capital equipment sales experience.
Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrate computer literacy.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
High degree of initiative, enthusiasm, and motivation required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
